Because we work professionally and with integrity to provide distinguished advisory services, we are committed to building a continuous and transparent relationship with our clients. Therefore, we recommend that you read these terms carefully, as they define your rights and obligations and ensure clarity of dealings while avoiding any misunderstandings.
1. Scope of Service
• Valuation Kingdom services are limited to providing real estate advisory, valuation, and market study reports.
• We do not act as a broker for sales or rentals; rather, we provide professional and impartial reports that help you make informed investment decisions.
• All information and recommendations provided in our reports are professional
assessments based on the data available at the time of valuation.
2. Accounts
• Access to some services may require creating an account on our website.
• The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to- date information and for
maintaining the confidentiality of
login credentials.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported immediately.
3. Pricing and Payment
• The cost of services is determined in advance according to the type of advisory or report requested.
• The official currency is Omani Rial (OMR), and clients are responsible for any currency exchange differences if payments are made in another currency.
• Payments can be made through secure electronic payment gateways or approved bank transfers.
4. Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
• Requests for modification or cancellation can be made before the commencement of the advisory work without any fees.
• If the report preparation or advisory process has already started, partial or full cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of the work.
• In cases where refunds are applicable, they will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval.
• Certain services (such as instant consultations or delivered reports) may not be eligible for refunds due to their nature.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
• Valuation Kingdom provides its advisory services “as is” and does not assume responsibility for any investment decisions made by the client based on the recommendations.
• The client remains solely responsible for the consequences of their final decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
• Valuation Kingdom and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
• In the event of dissatisfaction, the client’s sole remedy is to discontinue the use of the service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
• All content, reports, and research produced by Valuation Kingdom are protected by intellectual property rights.
• They may not be copied, reused, distributed, or republished without prior written consent from the company.
8. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Muscat.
